Trump fires director of U.S. Copyright Office, sources say
President Trump has reportedly dismissed Shira Perlmutter, the Register of Copyrights, who was previously appointed by Carla Hayden, the former Librarian of Congress. Hayden was also recently removed from her position by the President.
